I can’t believe it’s been a year sinces you left us nanna. The moment that you died my heart was torn in two, one side filled with heartache and the other died with you. I often lie awake at night when everyone is a sleep and take a walk down memory lane. My eyes fill with tears and the tears will rush down my cheeks.
